Here’s a sample treat recipe:
Ham and Swiss on Rye 2 1/4 cups rye flour 1 cup grated Swiss Cheese 1 cup ham, finely chopped 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 egg, beaten
Combine flour, cheese, and ham in a medium bowl. Add the beaten egg and the oil and mix together well. Turn dough out onto a cutting board and roll out to 1/2” thick. Cut into shapes with your favorite cookie or biscuit cutter. Place the treats on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
